"got the chili dogs to try out, unfortunately they looked awful and brown compared to the AD… i tried to eat it anyway, and immediately regretted it. i had ordered food for 2 people and we just threw everything away.."

"First and foremost, the so called GM/General Manager - Alejandro Navarro- from this location is ignorant and unprofessional. I called to report that the food was cold and he immediately proceeded with arguing with me. He was speaking over me and was rude and unprofessional. Get rid of this guy! He really needs to attend professional development workshops so he can learn the appropriate managerial skills. The food was cold and did not have any taste. That was my complaint, and Alejandro couldn’t even listen since he was too busy arguing with the customer. Instead of making the situation right, he made it worse! PS. Look at the reviews! The employees probably hate their job because of their GM! Makes perfect sense."

"Will not be coming here anymore! Every time I go the workers for some reason always have an attitude as if they are being forced to work here. Decided to give it another chance since it is the closest location to me. Spent about 30 min for my food when I was literally the only car in the whole parking lot. After the first 20 min of waiting I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they were having technical issues so waited and then another car pulls into drive through and orders and then about 2 min go by and they bring a big bag of food out and they leave. Decided to call and ask how much longer, girl/guy manager that was working picked up the phone didn’t even let me get a sentence out and said are you the person in stall 5 as if he/she knew I had been waiting forever and didn’t let me know that it would be a long wait just considering I was the only person there. She/he then brought my food out 2 min later and it wasn’t even fresh. Felt as if they had left it under the heating areas for 10 min. Disappointed and will not be trying again."

"Talk about horrible customer service, these people don't even have the decency to apologize for leaving a line of 3 cars waiting for more than 15 minutes without even a word as to why they kept you waiting, not only that but they didn't even have the courage to talk over the speaker, apologize or do anything to the point where all 3 cars including myself drove off because of the absurdity and lack of any customer service. I don't recommend this location if you want good food or good customer service."
