"Terrible customer service. I waited about 5 min in front of the counter to even be acknowledged. Crew in the back had the music blasting where I could barely hear the cashier. The dining tables were dirty and the dining area smelled weird. The only thing good here is the food. I will try other restaurants unless I really want Don Carbon"
"The food is delicious, thought the doest outweigh the fact that the cook staff is unbelievably rude! When picking up an order he loudly said "chingado". He is at work he should not be upset that he needs to do his job."
"Burger was over cooked when I ask to have it replaced the would not give a refund or replacement.. I would not go back, and I will be calling the health department at this restaurant. Am a 5 star reviewing customer. This place would not even make 1 star"
