"I walked into the small pizza shop in Horizon, Texas, and was immediately greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked pizza. As I approached the counter to place my order, I noticed a small sign advertising the option to have your pizza made right in front of you - a unique feature that I had never seen before. I decided to give it a try and ordered a pepperoni pizza, requesting that it be made fresh in front of me. The friendly staff quickly got to work, rolling out the dough and adding the sauce and toppings right before my eyes. It was fascinating to watch the process and see the care and attention that went into every step. Once my pizza was ready, I took a seat and took a bite. "My pizzas were burnt! Very crispy! The sun dry tomatoes are the black things and the crusts black. When I asked the worker to add the sauce all the way to the edge… he made a face. Lady was well mannered and trying her best to do it all. She was trying to do it all"
