"I had been a loyal guest of this restaraunt for about 2-3 years. These last few visits like today had been beyond disappointing. The cashiers had gotten my order wrong when I had ordered a sandwhich. And don't even get me started on the signature tea and the sauces. I had ordered coconut tea and mango tea and there was no sugar. What kind of tea has no sugar in it? You guys used to be so much better, but the service and managment doesn't even begin to describe how incompitent this establishment is. Then when I ordered tenders the previous visit, I was only given 2 sauces instead of 3 for my 3-4 tender meal. I can agree with following fast food job rules, but don't be stingy with the sauces. And the amount of sauce thats poured into each plastic container by these employees isnt enough for that amount of tenders. There's a prime difference from just "doing your job" and "doing your job correctly". You need to seriously reconsider who you're hiring and have a competent adult managing the place, not a child, not a barely graduated teenager managing the establishment. Don't be surprised if business and lower ranking reviews are increasing with the way you're making these despicable changes. And don't think customer's dont notice these sudden changes because we definitely do. ChatGPT"

"The food is pretty good and the service is cordial and friendly. However, it is way too expensive. We spent $35 dlls in simple hotdogs for three people, one of the most inexpensive food to make. I know everything out there is pretty expensive nowadays, but I thought this was a over the top for fast food. As expensive as it is, I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon."

"I'd never been to a Boss restaurant before, so I had no expectations when I ordered. I must say I was fairly impressed by the food here. The chicken tenders were well cooked and the fries were crispy, thic and hot, just like I like them. I can omly reccommend the staff here to give out more packets of ketchup on each order because 2 is not enough, I believe."

"Very pleased with the quality and taste of my food. The price was reasonable as well. I had the el patron chicken sandwich. It had a nice brioche bun that was toasted, two strips with mango habanero sauce, cheese, and pickles. Sandwich was delicious and fries were some of the crispiest and delicious I have eaten in a long time. I had the limeade for my drink, it was lacking sweetness and flavor. The staff was efficient and fast, but they were not as cordial or courteous as they can and should be. Even with the shortcomings I will recommend this restaurant."

"I recently moved to Horizon and had the pleasure of trying Boss Chicken, and I'm very happy I did. I had the 3 piece lemon pepper chicken strips with fries and to top it off an extremely delicious, decadent Reese overloaded sundae. It was to die for especially if you're a peanut butter fanatic! Amazing!!! Service was excellent and fast, the restaurant was very clean and very maintained."
