"The slowest crew I have ever seen. You order for pick-up, and it tells you an estimated time it'll be ready. You get there, and you still have to wait another half hour because they haven't started on your order. I'd understand if it was busy, but it's slow as heck."
"Couldn't take the time to make our order right. They were out of BBQ sauce for the wrap so instead of getting more they just put a pinch and told me i have to pay for a sauce pack.... It's my money . I don't have to give it to them. Not going back"
"Went there on 12/30/23 at 9 and besides the wait for the food which is totally worth it I got served with straight up just mineral water when I ordered a starry soda, I ordered thru drive thru and when they gave me the food o told them about the possibility of the syrup not being connected to the machine right and asked if I could get it change, they told me I could go down and get it from the soda machine in the lobby. People need to get trained on how to be polite with people and learn more customer service."
"I’ve always been pleased with KFC but today I ordered 2 Famous Bowls and to my surprise it only had 4 little nuggets!! For the price they charge, you would think that more chicken would be served. Very disappointed and never ordering the bowl again. I think KFC needs to work on the serving portions. Who wants to eat a pound of mashed potatoes and a spoonful of corn with no chicken!!!"
"This should be a negative star experience. But this option is not available. My bad experience started off by not having white meat available. Or extra crispy. I asked how long it would take for original white meat. Was told 20 minutes. I said I'd wait. Once I pulled forward I asked how do they not have white meat. Drive thru employee stated that it's a popular item that sells fast. So if that the case, do what's is on demand. I was NEVER given a receipt. Waiting 20 minutes & walked in. My order was found & was asked for a receipt. How can I provide a receipt if one wasn't given. Asked to speak to management & all of sudden my food was found. I ordered 12 pc with 3 side. 2 mac & cheese & 1 mash potatoes with NO gravy. I ordered a large fries & got less than half full. The chicken was not fresh like they stated it would be which is why I waited 20 minutes for. Sogy & fall apart skin is not fresh. This is like the 4th time this location DOES NOT HAVE WHITE MEAT ON HAND & GIVEN OLD CHICKEN"
