"Small girl at the register with braid and bow was extremely rude and had additude when I specified that my order was for here. Then as I was eating with my friend the other female worker went up to the cook as he was chopping the meat and ate one. Very uncomfortable experience eating here"
"The food is amazing, too bad the customer service skills from the girl who served my food were awful. Her attitude, her tone, her smacking her lips, she was miserable. It made me not want to go back there EVER AGAIN. I was a regular I won’t be coming back anymore. Get rid of her because she will run your bussiness down."
"Good Grief, If you ever want to be made to beg for the employee serving the food on to the little cardboard bowls to give you a decent portion, then this place is for you. I asked for beans only and no rice; I got a semi empty scoop of beans and when I asked for a little more in lieu of the rice the line employee looks at me like I’m taking food from their children’s plate. I ended up telling her to just keep it… You should not be made to beg for what you are paying for IN FULL. Rather pathetic but these days it’s par for the course."
"Service is bad and the food wasn’t good either. I ordered tacos for pickup one time, it seemed that they just folded the tortillas in half and just threw the filing on top of them instead of inside, it was a mess. I stopped ordering from here because it was always such a disappointment and didn’t seem to be worth my money."
"Third occasion this location did not have items available. Wasn’t made aware until already half way done with the order . No lettuce . No guacamole . No steak . No ice for drinks . Had to ask upfront for it . and small chips for the kids meal ."
