"So y'all have an Impossible Meat (veggie) burrito with fake meat, cheese, quacomole, lettuce, rice, refried beans, onions..... Yet you DON'T offer this burrito with REAL meat. Why is everything, and everybody in this world LOSING common sense?"

"Worst customer service. I went to pick up my order that I had ordered 30min prior. I was told to wait on the side while 3 other vehicles passed by and I kept waiting for my order. I had to call 5x to finally get an answer by a rude employee that barely said anything. I was finally turned in my order and the employee did not say a word and just walked away. I get home to finally eat my food and my burrito was sloppy and I had ordered extras and didn’t get anything. I was still charged for the extras. The frustration was so much that I had to go through the calling process AGAIN but I gave up, I got no answer. Also what is the point of picking the salsas on the app if they’re going to give you whatever they want anyway. Taco Palenque customer service going to the trash"
"Their food is consistently good!! We normally order the fajita platter for 3-4 people. It didn't disappoint!!! The only complaint I have is the app to order online doesn't always work."
