"Take your business elsewhere. Customer service sucks and they show it with their attitude. Ordered a strawberry milkshake for my wife, after waiting 5 minutes the order was wrong along with other guests. My wife lets them know it was a strawberry shake not banana. They correct the order but this time they use water instead of milk like the first time. You guys are pathetic. Servicio pesimo!"
"How does someone post up their prices but then change it when being charged before taxes are included? Hmmm is this false advertising? Not only my tortas but my flautas as well!? Who knows how many people they’re stealing money from with out people actually looking at the receipt and price posted. It’s a dollar or two here and there but all that adds up to a whole lot of theft."
"Always enjoy stopping for a flauta fix. The agua de melon is one of the best. The shrimp tacos were good but they weren't as flavorful as I anticipated. Overall, it was a nice lunch."
"After numerous recommendations for great flautas in town, I decided to go try out "Flautas y Paleteria Tepalca" off Zaragoza and North Loop. Took my parents and we all ordered Flautas. All of our plates ended up like my last picture. They were good, clean, crispy, crunchy flautas with plenty of toppings. The toppings include crema, cotija cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and lime. They come with packets of salt so you can add as much salt as you prefer. The flautas also come with a side of red salsa and green salsa. I also asked for some vinegar on the side because I like flautas with vinegar. To drink I had an Agua Fresca of coconut and pecan. They have plenty of other sweet, savory, salty options on their menu. Ice cream, paletas, many snacks, burgers, tacos, and the list continues. The customer service was great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Overall I give the place a 9/10. I'm looking forward to going back and trying other things on the menu."
