"Worst sonic I’ve been too. I understand fast food can get busy , but they were awful. Nearly an hour wait for 3 DRINKS and 2 chili cheese wraps. Drive thru lady was rude and angry when we were being patient and nice. Then I got the drink and it was out."

"No adults - Kids run the show. Video shows high school children playing, dancing, throwing items in the kitchen like a receipt as a basket ball or something like cmon - NO work ethic whatsoever. I ordered two slushes off the app only because it'd be faster than going and ordering there. Well I ordered and waited 15 while the screen said my order was in the kitchen the entire time until I called them with the red button asking for an update. They got my name for the order and five more minutes later brought them out. Little did they know I'd been filming them. I asked the girl in the video Miya or Mia after bringing my two drinks why the hold up and got no response, only a dud look, so I asked for management and explained that their work ethic is not acceptable for any place of business, let alone in the food industry. She paused and walks off with no words, no care for her job, simply a snotty privileged punk who didn't get management as I requested like it's a business what are you doing MIA? - the entire staff is a bunch of none back-boned goofballs. They were spraying something all over the drink station as they made the drinks!!!! Slush tasted like bleach.. smelled like bleach!!! One straw for the TWO drinks? This was my second and LAST order here. This is the second reporting to corporate I've done. Outrageous!!! FIRE THESE ROTTEN KIDS!!!!! TRAIN THEM TO ADULT!!!!"

"Had a unfortunate encounter today. My son ordered for the family and our other son ( who was busy with homework) offered to pick up the food. He went to stall 5, pushed button and waited… and waited. After seeing others coming after him and immediately start talking to someone, he go out of the car and spoke to csr personnel who informed him the food was on its way. He went back to car and a few moments later a young lady arrived with the food, at which point my son reiterated again that he had been waiting after pushing the red button and to prevent it from happening to others to address the intercom issue. The young lady didn’t apologize, or expressed any sympathy & just walked away saying she’d let Management know while my son was still talking to her. My son returned home to find out he was missing items, so he tried calling but the line was busy nonstop, so he went back again. Bear in mind, that my other son who placed the order is disabled and loves Tea and cheeseburgers, so this was a huge deal for him, more than the norm for any family to eat out. Upon going back he asked for the manager, a young man who said he’d recently been transferred there, but alas, he was courteous and immediately expressed the sympathy that was previously lacked and turned our frowns into smiles. Thanks again, and please get some more sweet Tea, our son loves it! Only reason why we didn’t give 5 stars is to reserve them for our next experience/ visit there!"

"Stopped in to take advantage of the half priced drinks. Love that there are tons of combinations u can choose from. Today I added a grilled cheese, it looked amazing....but didn't have as much flavor as I hoped. The bread was toasted perfectly but it wasn't buttered. And i think that's what was missing."

"This will be my last time coming to this Sonic! When you park in the stall, it takes 5-10 minutes for the employees to respond after pushing the red button! Once my food was ordered, it took an additional 10 minutes for cheddar peppers! Today, I ordered a footlong coney. When I pulled through to the drive-thru window, the young girl took my debit card. After 5 minutes staring at her, wondering why she is not giving me my card back, she proceeds to ask me what my order was! Seriously, that should have been your first question if you were that confused! She was too busy talking to another boy employee who was showing her his acrylic nails! The manager needs to have a sit down with these kids because clearly they don't have guidance!"
