"We typically like this Boss Chicken location. However, last night (11/12) we had a missing item that was discovered once we got home. I called the store and spoke to a very friendly manager that offered to replace the item if I drove back to the store. I asked if we could take her up on that at a later date and she insisted on me giving her an actual date. So I said “tomorrow” (11/13) would work then, and she said that she would put a note next to the cash register with my name and phone number. Well, I go there today and I get questioned for what seemed like 5 mins and even had to show my phone to the manager on duty to prove that I did in fact call last night. I left there embarrassed because I was questioned over my missing item by one manager due to the other manager not doing what she said she was going to do. This came after the manager last night saying that her window person should’ve checked for all items. Managers can’t place blame on their employees if they don’t do their jobs correctly. Anyways, we will continue to eat at Boss Chicken and most likely this location because it’s the closest to our house, but I am still disappointed in the treatment that I have received in the past 24 hours. With all that said, the food has always been tasty."
"This was place is deliciously amazing!!! It is very similar to their chicken tender competitors but only better. The tenders were extremely juicy and delicious and they have different tender options - original, lemon pepper, spicy, and grilled. The family pack was a great option for us and it included the chicken strips, fries, bread, and 6 sauces. The custard is also amazing and the service was great! The do have a drive thru which makes the experience better/quicker. As an out of towner, I really wish this restaurant was all over Texas/US. A must try!"
