"As I was waiting for my order in the DT, I read the reviews. And I didn't think they were true. But oh, surprise. This review has nothing to do with the service because the kids working there provide great service. This is about the food, and being that are several reviews siting the same thing, this comes from upper management. The food is the majority vegetables and lacks protein. I ordered walnut shrimp, and I got 4 shrimps, The rest was onion and no walnuts, by the way. The plate has rice under the entrees to make it look fuller. Eating here is not the most affordable, and if you add fillers to each plate... then it's not worth coming back."

"I love Panda but unfortunately everytime i go to dine in or oder to go i get really disappointed because the portions of food are very small, the chowmain th3res harly any nuddles is mostly vegetables and to add it all up its pricey too."

"I ordered 6 plates for take out on their mobile App, which took about 45 minutes to have have it ready. When I went to pickup it up, they didn't have anything for me. It turns out the order was picked up already. They had given my order to someone else. I had to speak to the manager to resolve the issue. Manager talked to his employee and found out he didn't check for a receipt or a confirmation number. After resolving the matter and them redoing my order, it all took about 30 minutes. I should've gotten my food from McDonald's."

"Good customer service, butttt i asked for a full plate of food so i could get as much as im paying for. The plates barely even had any entrees. I even told them if they could fill the plates because this is an ongoing issue for me. Please serve the plates right im sure if this was your food you wouldn't be satisfied either."

"Panda Express has an excellent business model that plenty of other eateries could learn from. Happy, friendly faces ready to accommodate your every need while enjoying your dining experience. The employees work together like a fine-tuned machine. Spotless bathrooms and frequent mopping in the dining area with piping hot water. You just feel like your dining in a clean environment, eating freshly prepared food as you look on. We have put this location on our radar for regular visits. The employees are paid handsomely, with medical insurance as well..Maybe that's why they're smiling. They are valued by the company they work for and it shows!"
