"Not the right food, not the right customer service. First of all, location is practically new but looks trashed, team needs to clean more often. Asked for a welldone meat, but burger meat came pink and cold. Something we notice that some employees have facial piercings, and un-tuck shirts, not all whataburgers are like this, but this one needs improvement."
"This location cant get an order right. Every burger I have gotten has been very undercooked or made completely incorrect. Every time we go, we ask for well done, And somehow the burgers are still undercooked. We try not to go that often because this location is absolutely horrible. And when we do go, there's a 99% chance we have to take it back."
"I have been to many Whataburger, especially in Oklahoma, but they suck and do not taste delicious. For the first, this Whataburgers in this pot is fresh and delicious. The customer service is phenomenal, and you can tell when you order in the cashier. There's also this guy who walks around and made sure that everyone is happy with their order. He's probably the manager or something. I was also looking for the napkins, and one of the cashier ladies gave it to me since I think she saw me looking. It is good to be aware."
"So I love going to whataburger after 11pm, and I know for a fact that you can order a burger with a fully cooked egg on it. So when I asked, the dude for exactly that, he immediately replied "no we don't that here" when in fact I've been getting it for years. So I won't be going to this one anymore, unless corporate makes it right. Very disappointing to see that when I went to another location(on horizon), they satisfied my order."
"Today was the first time I visited this Brand New Whataburger. I ordered the classic Whataburger, along with an order of onion rings. As expected, the quality of food was good. However my best impression was HOW CLEAN the dining area was. There were 1-2 employees constantly cleaning the tables and floors. This is a pleasant surprise-- because too many times I find all the dining tables in other fast food restaurants covered with particles of food or with residue of drinks. KUDOS TO THE MANAGER AND STAFF! :-)"
