Rafa's Burritos

"I go here often because I love rafas but I think today ive had enough with this establishment. The same old gentleman, fat with a beard that is always serving at the window is always extremely rude, he always rushes you to order, he makes the process feel so uncomfortable and today was just my breaking point, after pulling up to the window to place my order he moves away and gets on his phone. He stayed on his phone as far as possible from the window so I could leave and not place my order. He had me waiting outside for 15 minutes and pretended like he wasn’t there. This establishment could be thriving way more than the other rafas around town but that man on the window is stopping this establishment from making better and more business. Im disappointed because I love the food but extremely dissatisfied with the guy that seems to be the only worker in this establishment. If you read this Either hire more people or fire the man that is extremely rude."

"This is the first time we've tried Rafas's Burritos. We tried the jumbo ones and they were HUGE. We tried the Chile Colorado, chicken in mole, Chile relleno, and brisket. They were all delicious except for the brisket it was extremely salty. We would give it another try."
