"Verde on Zaragoza could use a helping hand from Verde on Lee Trevino; the price of the salads is a bit steep but if you like healthy food you make concessions to eat healthy. Sadly the employees making the salads don’t have a system to add the ingredients in a consistent manner that ensures that you always get the metered amount of the desired ingredient, you have to hope that they add a fair portion of each ingredient rather than the amount they would like to add and at their discretion. As far as I know the only item measured by weight is the “protein”. Oddly the Lee Trevino crew is open to the customer asking for more or less of any given item; in contrast the Zaragoza crew appears to be bothered by the customer request. Bottom line; not all crews are created equal."
"It was our first time here. Was not expressed with the customer service. The staff looked like they just got back from a funeral. We had to get up to ask for forks, beause they were out at the self-help counter. We had to ask where we could get our water bottles. There were items missing in our salad, but didn't say anything because we were hungry and in a bit of a hurry. The Salad was good, the reason for two stars."
"The manager is really helpful and sweet. What I didn't like is that you have to order your salad through a screen, so if the salad bowl on the screen contain something you don't like, you have to create your own bowl and it takes time. I like the old fashion way, where just tell the server what you want in your salad"
"I love this restaurant. the selection is wide, and it’s all super fresh. The only drawback is sometimes the portions are smaller than the price when ordering proteins. The staff is friendly and they’re always there to help! The cucumber lemonade is a must buy every time I go in. Overall would recommend !"
