"This place was a completely horrible experience. Came by for a quick bite as my wife wanted a teriyaki bowl, so I got a burger with "Only" cheese and mayo. When served, I tell the gentleman at the counter that the order was wrong since there was ketchup spilling out of it. To which he replies with a horrible attitude after looking up at his screen that the order was correct. I informed him that it was "Only" cheese and mayo, and he said in a rude tone, "Well, that's not what I have here!". I said, "Well, Sir, she got the order incorrect ", it was "Only" cheese and mayo! He made the obnoxious sound with his teeth, rolled his eyes like a child, and walked away. Once the order came back, the meats were crispi, and the cheese was cold! How do you get cold cheese on an order you just made? Folks save your money and eat anywhere else unless you like being treated like trash. They should pay you to eat here, not the other way around! How sad!"

"Went through the drive thru. Tap to pay would not work, but payment went through fine with the card. The girl was friendly and allowed us to add to the order without a problem. We ordered for a group of six and the food came fairly quickly and was filled correctly. Usually, get the croissant breakfast sandwich or the breakfast pancake platter which we always love, but tried the two Bagels for $4.50 and the stacked Begal, both were pretty good."

"I had spent all day at the hospital with my critically I'll mom and was so hungry, had a small meal all day, so I figure getting something quick before getting home. Big mistake, I got the most lousy pita ever. Very little chicken, pita was so hard on the edges and it didn't even taste good. Took couple of bites, and got discusted by it, so stiff and had no taste at all. Worst experience ever with them. What a disappointment!"

"My wife and I went ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and supreme breakfast sandwich, they gave us a sausage sandwhich instead, and the chicken was raw. When I went to the restaurant to tell them about the order, the manager told me that the chicken couldn’t be raw because it was as prepackaged and refused to even check to burger. Just cause you repeat that something is prepackaged, doesn’t mean that it’s error free. And to top it off, when the manager when to tell the cook to redo the sandwich, he just started laughing about it."

"Really just for 8 tacos and I was missing 2, they bombarded my bags with hot taco sauce packs like if they wanted to get rid of them ......The 8pm on 10/8/23 , this crew (girls) goof around too much while at work"
