"This is my absolute favorite chicken. It’s so well flavored and spiced and it sooo good. My only issue is the simplicity of the sides. The charro beans are plain, and I would say that none of the sides are that great. I just love the chicken! The interior is plain and could use a quick remodel."
"Drove 30-minutes to eat dinner here. Arrived at 7:13pm. Sign on door says they close at 8:00pm and Google says 8:00pm. I walk in and almost all the chairs are on the tables. The kid sees me walk in and races to place the remaining chairs on the last few tables to ensure I would not have a place to enjoy my dinner. I walk up to the cashier and she tells me that they only accept to go orders after 7:00pm. Well great, I don’t want to eat in my car. I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner and relax because I had a long day at work. Maybe you guys should change your sign or let people know your dining room closes at 7:00pm but your drive thru stays open later."

"I like the quesadilla from Pollo Feliz, the customer service is friendly and courteous, today the restroom needed some work, the floor was sticky and trash around, another observation is that the manager or supervisor was arguing with one of the employees about some hours worked in front of the customers that were waiting to order. Please help the customers first and keep employee conservation private."
