Crave Kitchen and Bar

"1st of all our food/ sandwiches & drinks were fantastic. Our waitress ILSE was accommodating as she could possibly be. Very professional and sweet but definitely stressed because of her work load. I’d truly based off her service a 10 star. Was the only thing that compensated for the long wait time. Since we ate on the patio we weren’t in tune with what was happening at the grill. But we were awaiting our food delivery approximately 45 minutes. Again I don’t know the situation internally but for sandwiches on a seemingly non- busy day."

"Probably won’t be back. Regret not going to the restaurant next door to them. Came here with my husband for brunch. Waited an hour for Eggs, bacon, and French Toast. After an hour of waiting, our server finally came to our table rushing with very dry French Toast, Black burnt bacon, my husbands 1 egg was cooked as ordered (over easy, you can’t F that up) the 1 (one) side of sausage he asked for on the side was $6.50. It was a hot mess. I called the manager over, because the sever asked if the bacon was too burnt for us. Lol. The manager rushed over with a new plate of bacon 10 mins later, surprisingly black and burnt again this time it had uncooked raw areas. After I told her I was disgusted and disappointed, she said she would take care of our ticket with a discount. I told her to take my plate and please take me meal off the ticket. We’ve had crave before and we’re satisfied but this place has gone downhill, it was completely unorganized, the service was awful (apparently short staffed to cater their tables) and the food was disgusting. I’m still hungry, currently waiting at a Puerto Rican Food truck, told them what happened and they are taking well care of us. End of story. Thank you for listen to my vent."

"I ordered the Monte Cristo Sandwich, my goodness that's a giant sandwich! I had half to take home. It had such great flavor and quality meat. The music was alittle too loud, but the service was great."

"Great service and ambiance at this crave location which I've been to multiple times before. I was treated greatly bringing my baby and would have nothing to complain about. However, this past Wednesday was my first time for dinner and I won't be returning. My friend and I both had the side of Mac n cheese and ended up with FOOD POISONING - the sad part is that the mac n cheese looked and tasted like kraft box mac n cheese."

"A bit overpriced. Although the Bomber Burger and roasted mushrooms, were good. So was the two drinks (No Seas....Carbon/Cucumber Bloody. The Borunda corn had a bit too much lime in it. We're not giving up on the place, just this visit did not meet the expectations. The waitress was excellent and took good care of us."
