"Absolute trash Every time we order online they don't fulfill the order but they have no problem charging what we ordered Just look at the images that's all the proof Ordered chocolate chip pancakes Got 2 regular ones Ordered strawberry banana French toast These incompetent people put a quarter of a banana on the side bro Are you kidding me? Never getting food from this IHOP ever again Trash trash trash"
"Had the worst service of my life with this location. Food was good , but my server (guy with ponytail and glasses) kept forgetting what I ordered , asked if we needed refills but quickly turned away like if we stopped existing (WEIRD!), over charged us, and forgot half of our food. He had trouble with the things we got from the menu. I think he was on crack or something. Night manager came in clutch tho and tipped him instead."
"We were a party of 4, and it was about 10 am. The wait was less than 30 minutes after being seated. Valerie, the waitress, came and took our drink order. we let her know we were ready to place our order, and she told us to wait and left to get the drink after bringing the drinks and taking our order, which took some time when they brought the order two out of the 5 orders were wrong Valerie came I brought part of one order and stated she would bring the rest later we were all done we had to walk up to her and ask for our ticket once more ask us to wait we keep watching going back and forth and won't bring our ticket once again we all got up and asked her for it and AGAIN she said to wait cause she was ringing out a large party I asked to Speak to a manager and she told me he was in the kitchen and was busy she took her time ring the other tickets before ring ours I understand it was Sunday and it was busy but when I see our waitress moving to get their tables and checking to see if they are doing fine then you got Valerie taking the order wrong and never came back with the rest of the order and being rude with her responses I feel she need customer service training"
"Nice place to go a eat and have a conversation among friends and family. Service depends on the server, probably they are not trained to provide a good service. Some are good while other just refuse to give you good service, as simple as providing a table you requested when its available, but refusing to provide the table. Simple things do count. Oh but they still expect a good tip."
