"First of all they have no ice so all the drinks were hot. Whatever went to buy a cup of ice. Second server seems like she hates her life and her job. Try to ask her for couple things and as soon as you say one thing she walks away. Brought red salsa for burrito and her finger was in it. Got mad cuz we asked for it to be replaced. Had to get up and get my own ketchup. Food was fine but horrible service. Edited to add there was a red wire of some sort in my barbacoa burrito. The lady who came out to help me with that was so nice and she handled it very well. Idk what was wrong with everyone else tho."

"The food was excellent and everyone was friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars for service is because we had to ask if we could get refills, they didn't come check on us, and my son got up 3 times to open the door for one of the servers that kept getting locked out when she was doing take out orders. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit."
"Finally got to try the OG of burritos. Everyone knows that El Paso has countless burrito establishments claiming to be the Numero 1... However everyone keeps coming back to Rafa's and for Good reason. First thing to notice is that there will be a wait but I promise it is worth it. We ordered through the Drive Thru window and you can see the cooks and the tortilleras working hard to achieve the perfect burrito. The size of the tortillas and the amount of guisado (filling) that they use will leave you AMAZED. No joke the "regular" burrito tortilla is big and they have an even bigger size. The service was great and although there was a lot of cars waiting we didn't have to wait too long despite ordering like 8 burritos. I always stick to the classic burrito de chile relleno (cheese filled pepper with beans) and it was just the right amount of spicy. The salsa verde (green) included is also very good. If you are a first time visitor to EP or you have friends or family that want to get to know EP do them a favor and take them to Rafa Burritos."
