"The tacos are small for the price. They also come with nothing but the meat and tortilla. No cheese or anything. I also ordered rice and squash (which has a soup consistency) from the drive thru (waited 15 min to get food) and they didn’t provide utensils. I guess I’m suppose to use my fingers!? I had to go back and go in to get plastic fork. I will NEVER eat at a taco Tote again. Service sucks, long wait times and overpriced food!"

"Terrible service. I ordered through the drive thru for takeout and after 7 minutes they asked me to go out front to wait. After there were no cars, I stopped at the window again. I had already been waiting for 25 minutes and the employees, including the manager, just turned around and no one gave me my food. Then the cashier, the same one who had served me, was serving the people inside and turned around and saw me and remembered that my food was already there and gave it to me. I asked her that why she barely gave it to me if it had been there for a long time, she laughed and left."

"When we go shopping and time to eat come we usually go to tacotote but this time it was awful. My wife ordered some chicken ponchos and I ordered the chicken quesadilla took a while to get our food and didn't know why since the place had only 3 other families. What caught me of guard was there was no longer the little card board cups to put the salsa in the gave us the to go containers which made me get up considerably often. Having a bad back really irritated with the constant up and down. I ask for a box like the ones u put the tostadas in but was told 1 per customer . Couldn't get cucumbers with limes because didn't have where to put them on. This was a very bad time I had here where this used to be 1 of my favorite place to eat ....don't know of i will be coming back..."

"Maybe if the restaurant even Remotely cared about the online orders and take out orders. Then maybe my review would have not be this bad. But every time I get an order. I wait up to 30 minutes every single time. I'm a doordash and time is money for me. So when I have to wait 30 minutes for an order? That's only paying me roughly $6. Then of course I have the right to be mad. And it's ridiculous that they take as long as they do preparing the food."

"First time visitor, wasn't disappointed. You can see everything made in front of you; the proteins, toppings, and the flour or corn fajitas. The food showed up to our table still sizzling. Inexpensive for two people, still had food left over. Did I mention unlimited tostadas! Juanita was fantastic and very pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit."
