"I just had an order to go, and I had the bacon fries. When I was close to finished there I took a bite out of a VERY much moldy fry. CHECK YOUR FRIES BEFORE SERVING. KEEP YOUR FOOD CLEAN AND NOT CONTAMINATED."
"A elderly gentleman took my order. He looked very upset to see me I place my order, and before I even finished, he turned away from me. I wanted to upgrade my fries to gourmet, however due to this employee that was unable to he gave me a box of cold fries, and did not even thank me for my order. To add insult to injury I posted a photo of my order. When I visited this establishment before, they had a great service, and the staff was friendly, greeted me and thanked me for my order. I’m not sure who this individual is, but it is advised to corporate to fix this before sales are affected."
"After eating Manchu WOK since forever I noticed this place out the corner of my eye. Decided to try it at least once. They make great Sandwiches. Nothing hold you over better than a sandwich while you wait to get your chinese food. :3"
"Rude employees that assume want I'm getting. Went to order and got a bacon 3 cheese and asked for ultimate fries and a large drink. Instead of giving me that he gave me regular fries and a small drink. When I corrected him he acted as if it was my fault. Then I get charged an extra $2.00 for miscellaneous and when I asked about it he said it was for the ultimate fries. But if you look at the receipt it already charged me for that."
