"Normally, I have a good experience at this Whataburger, but today the staff seemed very off! First problem, there was only DECAF and NO EFFORT was made to get regular coffee out to serve. It took 10 minutes from when I walked in to the store for anyone to show up front and take my order and the cashier seemed like he really didn't want to be there. It was disappointing because like I mentioned earlier, I've had very excellent service here."

"I've always come to this location because I work close by. The food is usually tasty and fresh, but my last 2 visits I was disappointed. My last visit they forgot to add lettuce and tomato to my burger and today they forgot to add cheese to my patty melt. It made it very dry without the cheese. It is supposed to come with 2 slices. I'm going to have to start calling in to complain. I should have called last time also."
"Never coming to this location again. The new Gateway North location or the one on Fairbanks is better. They make you wait in their two lanes in the drive thru but then give food to the people behind you. This makes the people behind you annoyed that you’re blocking them from leaving. But that’s not the customers fault when the workers are backed up on making food. Never had that issue at the other locations listed above. They never get the order right either. Something is always wrong."
"Stopped in here for lunch and I usually don't review fast food, but I thought I would throw this one in there. I stopped in at lunch was greeted immediately by a super friendly staff. My order was taken quickly and brought fairly quick, as it was cooked to order. I got the patty melt combo, the fries were piping hot and this was one of the best tasting patty melts I've had put in a while, very tasty and great job, especially for a fast food place."
