"Very disappointing! We've not eaten here in a couple of months. I went to fish out what I thought was part of my straw wrapper from my tea and found a tiny spider, (hey, it happens) but then my husband found a bunch of white stuff in his tea and he didn't use a straw. The ham on my club sandwich didn't look right (it was mostly white), so I took it off and found the corners of the cheese were dried out. We probably should have just left, I'm hoping we don't get sick. LOL! You can see in the response from the Owner how much attention to detail is paid!"
