"Boring plain place to dine in, overpriced burgers 12+ dollars, very heavy on the stomach and will give you the runs. The guy got my order wrong as well. I've honestly had WAY better burgers than 5 guys and cheaper too. Oh and they hand you your food in a paper bag. For a pricey burger I'd expect them to bring that to my table with plates and all but no just a disgusting paper bag you have to get for yourself. Fries all over the place. Never again."
"Feb. 1, 2024 Received the food around 7pm. Everything tasted fine as it usually does, we really like 5 Guys. But unfortunately I will NEVER order from here again. So I had very bad gas all night. Then woke up at 6am to very much in pain stomach issues and nausea, pain and diarrhea. It's now nearly 2pm and I haven't even eaten anything since I woke up. Just been on fluids all day. Even checked my blood pressure and it was very high and pulse was 110. With very rapid breathing. I nearly called an Ambulance. 5 Guys gave me the worst Food Poisoning I've ever had. It's really too bad because we really liked the place. But, Never Again"
"Burgers taste amazing! And the Cajun fries.... just delicious! Prices on the other hand, not so bueno. $10+ for a little bacon cheeseburger, is a bit steep in my opinion. Luckily they don't charge for all the rest of the toppings. Hotdogs are very good too but they cost over $7. If the prices weren't so I high I would come here more often, but if I'm going to be paying over $40 to feed 2 people, I'd rather go to an actual restaurant."
"We decided to eat at home because we could not find a clean table/chair option. Ketchup was out but they did have packets of ketchup. The store was also very hot. Staff was friendly and the service was fast. Food was still yummy and good quality. They need to step up the cleaning and pay attention to the dinning experience."
"We are here just before 9 pm Wednesday night (July 27, 2022). Unfortunately very disappointing. All of the tables are dirty and, even after asking staff for a rag to clean them myself, they have made no effort to sanitize the tables. We chose to sit outside because baby was being fussy and stayed talking well past 10. It was only then that the staff started to clean the tables. It felt as if they were encouraging customers not to stay to eat because they were closing in an hour. Quite the stark contest though, the food came out hot and delicious."
