"I no longer want fast food that chicken taste like lab meat. These large chain Franchise are OUT OF MY MENU. The employees are sweet people working hard but the actual plastic preheated food full of preservatives I'm Done. I had practically stopped but took a chance was so hungry & after eating it was not feeling it because it's NOT FOOD!!!! IM DONE!!!!!!"

"If I can, I'd give this location zero stars. How hard is it to patiently correct a burger that they made a mistake on. No, they weren't busy or had a line. Seriously!! Upon correcting it after 2x receiving the supposively correct final version, I saw how they crushed my son's burger, crushing both the top bun and the patty. My husband ordered a different version of the ultimate, and his wasn't even crushed at all. And so my son didn't eat it. This location is really something, esp with a guy (not naming his name) in the front acting like he's got everything together when, in fact, he looks like he was losing his patience."
