"Came for a simple blizzard tonight and received the most DISGUSTING service ever. ESTHER A. is the employee took the order in the drive thru. After saying our order the first time, she asked “what was that” - so we repeated the order louder and slower so she would be able hear us better which she responded to by mocking us saying “Pull. Forwardah”. Once we got to the window, we asked if she was the one who took the order, and she responded yes and advised “I couldn’t hear you and you answered and gave me attitude. If you give me attitude, I will give it to you too. You think I’m not going to say something?!” When advised this is NOT customer service or how she should address ANY customer, she started laughing and asked if we still wanted to pay. We told her yes and asked for a manager, to which she AGAIN laughed and slammed the window. Another male employee starts laughing after she told him what was going on after he asked her (could hear him through the window). After being handed our ice cream, another male who was CLEARLY NOT THE MANAGER, named Andres (which may not have even been his name) came to the window and asked what the issue was. NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY OR ANYTHING OF THE LIKE. Just a blank stare. We will be placing a formal complaint as the entire staff thinks it is okay to be aggressive and hateful to customers."

"This was my worst experience ever on a dairy queen, I ordered a choco brownie xtreme blizzard and it was soo bad that I didnt even finished it, it was lacking a lot of chocolate and just had some at the top of the ice cream, after that it was just vanilla, also it had whipped cream that I didn't even asked for and it was so empty, nothing like the other dairy queens."
"Lack communication, listening & customer service skills. Manager did not apologize once, after asking for him-whoever the mgr and crew on drive thru was yesterday evening need to develop better skill set to work in a fast food environment"
