"I must say that I was impressed with the food at this particular location. I usually go to another one that's closer to my house, but this time we were out and about, and decided to stop here instead. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The orange chicken was nice and crispy and of course, covered in their signature sauce. The Beijing beef was very well cooked, as well as the mushroom chicken. This was a completely different dining experience from the other location. Kudos to the cook, the whole crew was fast, efficient and friendly. I might have to switch locations when I want to have Panda Express."
"Food was OK not all on menu was available. 8 min wait if you wanted something. Tables were dirty and dine in seemed to need some care. Ordered food to go for this reason. Need to find ways to multi task. I understand a rush but no excuse."
"The food was terrible, it lacked the flavor that we are accustomed to get from Panda Express. The service was deficient, the food was not individually labeled, they just tossed a strip of labels in the bag. In addition we didn’t get napkins; Hot Mustard Sauce; Sweet & Sour Sauce or Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce for our teriyaki Chicken. When I asked for an itemized receipt instead I got a list of the items that were supposed to be included in the order."
"Tuesday 18th July 10:22 am mada an order online, waited outside to receive confirmation of my order, once I noticed the employees were not cooking any food and wiping the store down I got out and asked about my order, the lady I charge was rude and had no clue an order was in, I had to prove to her I had an order pending cause she didn’t believe me . Horrible service and organization. All the sauces were on the counter. Y’all should be open and running by this time. Super disappointed will not return"
"Horrible horrible service I asked for fresh string beans and chicken because there was barley anything in the bowl behind the counter the rude MANAGER tells me that just came out. So I said there’s like 5 pieces of chicken in there and she tells me that’s how it’s portioned I get home and this is how much chicken is in the string beans and chicken. Manger was the most unpleasant person I’ve ever spoken to!"
