"Guy giving order is very weird. He says ice cream machines broken but that they have shakes. He then gives us a cup of whipped cream with random toppings. Funny guy, cool beanie too."
"On Tuesday 12/26/2023 my family and I order from the Sonic on 5930 Cromo Dr through the Door Dash app. My mom’s corn dogs and chili cheese fires were cold and the cheese was like glue because of how cold it was. My aunt’s quarter pound double burger was sooo hard! The bun and meat were like rocks, she ended up eating less than half and ended up with an upset stomach. As for myself I got an all American hotdog with pickled fries that I didn’t recieve and thank god because I have had FOOD POISONING since! I’ve been sick with vomiting since Tuesday !!!!"
"Not sure which straps work, so I pulled into the drive thru... not sure how long I waited before someone said anything through the speaker. Not even a simple, "I'll be right with you" so the customer knows the speaker isn't broken."
"I came at ~10:05 pm. Mobile ordered 1 shake/treat, and put in the stall number. I waited 20 minutes with no answer. Then I pushed the red button no answer. 5 minutes later pushed again no answer. I had to go to the drive through to get my one shake 40 minutes later. I told the drive through attendant it didn’t seem like they cared. Multiple other people were attended through the drive through. The worst part was, I couldn’t even cancel my order because this is more of a waste of my time so I had to wait for my order. Overall, I would not come back to this location again very poor customer service and experience."
"These places encourage me to stop eating junk food. $16 dlls for a meal that definitely do not worth it. Maybe they are having issues to hire employees but, it is the result of people wanting higher salary for a minimum wage jobs. Second time in a month in a different city that I encounter same situation with the food. Management is not taking care of the quality of their product. I won't be eating at any sonic anymore..."
