"Food was good, but portion size was comically small. I ordered the avocado toast, and although it was beautifully presented, it was smaller than the palm of my hand and cost $15. I would have expected two pieces for that price. Service was good, and the waitress apologized by finding me an extra poached egg."

"Think of this like the cafe restaurant cum bar in a trendy art gallery or niche musuem. Supposedly Stanton House, in which Taft Diaz sits, is a boutique hotel but actually its not especially good at being a hotel. Mostly its an art installation inside an architectural experiment. Which is fun, if not super practical. Food is good, although coming in overpriced very bijou portions. Barman is cheerful and keen."

"About the best fine dining in El Paso hidden in a hotel! Been twice on with travel the last couple years, both times were perfect. Great plating and presentation and atmosphere. Excellent service as well. Great drinks too. It's a must!"

"My friend and I reserved for dinner last week, though I must say there were several things we were not expecting. I liked their dinning area, and I did see it was clean, organized, modern and a touch of singularity surrounded with beautiful art all around it. Let's talk about the food now. When Oscar (our waiter) provided with the bread which was good along with their cannela butter, gave us a broken plate. This is something I don't actually accept at any high rated restaurant, it is disappointing, I did not bother to return it back, my friend and I just took the piece of bread while waiting for our entrée. Now the dish that I ordered which was Ratatouille, was something rare to explain, I would leave that dish up to your opinion, though the mushrooms I feel is the only thing I can feel secure to tell you, they are out of this world, loved them. But overall 3.5 stars would be my rating."

"Had a fine dinner here the other night. Pleasant atmosphere with good food. I thought service was a bit slow, but there was a large group dining as well. Bread and butter were good. Mexican butter is a must order - not something you can get anywhere. My NY strip was OK, I wouldn’t order it again. Probably the best fries I’ve had in my life. My girlfriend liked the pasta."
