Domino's Pizza

"Placed an online order. Delivery time 23-33 minutes. Pizza was ready within 13 minutes of order. Sat in quality control for over 30 minutes. Delivered over an hour later, cold, half sliced and minimal toppings. Tried calling store and sat on hold for a total of 50 minutes with no answer. Selected order option at one point and it's not even someone in the store but in what sounded like a call center in India. Tried option online with order issue and all that was offered was a current coupon or A free pizza. Guess I will dispute the bank charge since they have zero customer service."

"We order a pizza from here maybe once a month. I ordered online during the week and there was no problem with the order. It was ready when promised and the man covering the kitchen and the counter was prompt and cheerful. The one star is for the pizza and garlic knots. I know there a pizza places that have a better pie than Dominos. The one star is for the crazy amount of grease on the pie and garlic knots. I've had fried chicken that wasn't this greasy!"

"Took them 10 mins maybe 15 to get my food to me, I automatically knew something was wrong. When the food got here the sandwich was hot.. the pizza looked like it had sat out and they just threw my toppings on it and reheated.. it was burnt in some places and cold in others. Just confirmed they didn’t want to make my food fresh. Emailed customer service.. surprise surprise no answer back..all good.. it’s not just this location other locations suck too.. order from a place who is gonna actually give a damn."

"Estimated delivery time 30-45min, toom over an hour and 15min to arrive and when it finally did it was barely warm. I called at the hour mark and the young lady on the phone said "you should get it soon" no actual status ir anything... tracker said quality check 7:37pm, arrived around 8:25pm, almost an hour just sitting there. Never ordering from this location, its horrible, just pick up from North Tarrant Parkway location."

"Unfortunately the pizza was dry, my husband specifically orders all his pizzas with extra sauce. Both pizzas arrived pretty dry, he even peeled back the cheese and there was almost no marinara on the crust. My garlic parm wings also had very little sauce. He called to complain and the female that answered was unprofessional, didn’t know how to answer questions and wouldn’t give us options. A male ended up taking the phone and refunding us. I’m not sure if they are training or understaffed but they are lacking in multiple areas. Won’t be ordering again, just going to make my pizza at home."
