"I had a good time at this place with some friends. I tried the chicken and biscuits, which were crispy and juicy, but the biscuits were too dry and the chicken was sandwiched between them. It was okay, but not filling enough. My friends ordered the breakfast Barbacoa, which was delicious and well-spiced, and the shrimp tacos, which were awful. They looked and tasted like leftovers, with no sauce or seasoning. The queso fundido with chorizo was the best part of the meal, and I would order it again. The place has a nice atmosphere, but the food is hit or miss."

"Stopped in here for a late dinner after a recommendation from someone at our hotel. It did not disappoint! Food great! Staff super friendly! Fantastic conversation with the owner. The margarita was delicious. Prices were reasonable too. Absolutely recommend!"

"Had the 12oz sirloin. By far one of the best and flavorful steaks I've had in a while. I did have to wait a bit for the food. But definitely worth the wait. I will be coming back soon to enjoy other plates. Atmosphere is amazing and waiters and very pleasant. I was fully satisfied with my dinner. 10/10 recommend."

"We tried Barrio Eats & Drinks because it was within walking distance from our hotel, and I loved it. I was surprised to receive sweat bread instead of chips and salsa, which was awesome to start the morning, along with a cup of coffee. The staff was attentive friendly, and provided excellent customer service."

"I visited Barrio Eats & Drinks because it was close to my hotel and I wasn't at all disappointed. It was a little hard to find if you're using google maps, I was on the wrong side of the building and confused for a minute, and then when I found it, I realized there are three trees out front blocked their sign. Once inside, I thought that it was a pretty cute place, but I only have it 4 stars because it still felt a little oddly laid out. There's extra space that could be filled and it felt a bit industrial still, which I don't think the vibe is. However, the seating was comfortable and it was cute. The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Now the food.. Chef's kiss. I ordered the steak fajitas and literally everything, the meat, veggies, rice, beans, and tortillas were all exactly what I'd expect. They were perfectly cooked, seasoned, and delicious. They also had a great beer and cocktail menu. The only complaint I had about the food was they served chips and salsa upon arrival and the salsa about took me out! It was sooo hot. My eyes started watering, my nose was running and I just couldn't eat it. I'd definitely recommend this place and visit again if I'm ever back in downtown El Paso."
