"We were the only ones there and it took a long time for chicken sandwiches. The people in the back were having some sort of loud party with yelling and music. Anyhow, the chicken was processed and square shaped. Very gross and totally turned off. Will never be back. The bathrooms smelled awful like sewage."
"Wow, drove 20 min out of my way to enjoy some delicious don carbon with my family on this Sunday afternoon, yet when I got home the salsas where missing to our disappointment. When calling the restaurant, asked the manager if there was any way we could get a little something for our next visit due to the inconvenience he rudely said they don't do that and that I could go back 20 min out of my way to get the salsas. Been going for years now but this customer service was just rude and below par for don carbon. Wish I could say I'd be back but I'm not gonna waste gas to get below average experience. Guess the manager on duty doesn't know about keeping the customer happy nor give the customer what they pay for. Even an apology would be nice BUT NOT EVEN THAT"
