"Ok I'm 10 years old and me and my uncle and his girlfriend went to McDonald's because we we're all hungry and my uncle called my mom and asked her to order so we can eat and my mom said ok and ordered and my mom was at a apartment super far so it was our turn to grab our food and they said that they need my mom's phone to see and my mom send a picture of the code and they didn't care so we called my mom and handed the phone to the workers and told the phone needs to be here and I was mad bro so we left told my uncle and his girlfriend I will leave 1 star and we left I told my whole family and they're mad the McDonald's at zapata is better and has better service better workers and better playground NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S EVER WORAT MCDONALD'S EVERRRRRR AND I DID LEAVE A 1 STAD REVIEW HATE THIS MCDONALD'S L!!!!"

"Bad customer service from both windows at drive thru, i specifically asked for my order to be “fresh” or “add to cook” and no ice to drinks when ordering.i let her know it didnt matter if my order took longer i could wait. She said she req to be well done. Went to second window, i believe it was the manager who assisted me (wearing white shirt said her name is michelle quintanar), i did let her know i wanted my order fresh… not “well done” she was already handing me the happy meal which the nuggets were not fresh, i gave her the happy meal back told her i wanted all my order fresh, gave me the drinks with ice, when i had req no ice, she made a face and said i had to wait at the last window which i already knew cus my order would take a bit longer due to the request, the problem here was the tone of voice she used to let me know aside from not making my order fresh as i had requested."

"Everytime I order on the app for curbside there's something wrong with the order... Even though it's correct on the app. Ordered a burger they gave me nuggets another time I wanted Dr Pepper and got Coke..."

"We used the drive through on this occasion in which I am rating this McDonald's. Usually this McDonald's, like most McDonald's, is mediocre. We usually visit McDonald's when we are in a hurry because it is much quicker, but on this occasion they were slow. Only one lane was affected which was the lane on the left, the inner lane. The outer lane kept moving quickly and by the time we moved from our lane 4 vehicles had passed from the opposite lane. The food was okay and my personal opinion is that they have the best soda, but that is mostly it."

"I ordered at the drive thru and the order taker told me the price was 9 dollars and some change, I get to the window and as I was about to ask something, this chubby older lady, who is a manager(white shirt), she told me to put my mask on as if she was wearing the appropriate mask herself. She was not using a tray to accept my transaction and giving me my change. I asked her to add 6 dipping sauces and she told me it was gonna be 16 dollars and some change, I asked why so much, she said you can't just get the drink large it also has to be the fries. I did not want to argue, so I just told her to make the combo how it is. I had gotten a large drink before at this restaurant, I mean all McDonald's drinks are a dollar which ever size. I guess she just wants to boost her sales since the drive thru was dry. Why wouldn't it be if they are bot serving things fresh. To my surprise all my burgers were dry and burnt like if they had been prepared hours before and just left there in a heating until someone came to order. This restaurant is serving its food as bad as their customer service."
