"Went in for some coffee yesterday and ordered two HOT peppermint mochas and i was given two frappuccinos instead. I requested for my drinks to be switched for hot mochas and i got 2 lattes that only tasted like steamed milk instead. Called numerous times yesterday to speak with someone but no answer."
"i love doing my homework here the workers are super friendly especially Eric and Andrea they are so kind as well as the rest of the staff, I love the drinks their always made with care. my only critique is that lobby it’s TOO COLD. It makes it near impossible to comfortably finish my work, without having to go outside to warm myself up, hopefully management can resolve that freezing cold lobby issue."
"This place is obviously a popular location so it has a lot of traffic. Because of this, orders are extremely backed up during their morning rush. I've waited 20+ minutes for my order and although it's not the employees fault, management needs to do better. Employees are great and they are not the issue. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I hope management does something about this"
"Baristas are friendly and professional. They had my mobile order ready. The line at the drive thru was long but they move it quickly. Great job! My cold brew drink was well made and my coffee cake was warm and delicious."
