"I asked for a LARGE Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai Latte and what did I get? A small iced gingerbread latte. I had them fix the size and told them it was the iced chai gingerbread not a regular latte. What did they hand me back? The same wrong order they first gave me just in a LARGE size. I was already to frustrated with waiting so I took it and left. I also DID NOT get the free holiday cup promotion or was even asked if I would like a free cup. Ridiculous service and employees put my name as CODY when it’s COURTNEY. Do better!!!!"
"If I could I would give this a zero starts on service. Big line on drive thru they have two lanes and had one open. They also took a while to take my order and to tell me to drive toward. Once I drove forward there was no car. It’s like they were doing on purpose wouldn’t help out the next customer until the customer on the window was gone"
"The staff is really nice. It’s only a to go order or pick up store, there’s no lobby. It does get really full, but they communicate greatly."
