"I was quoted $180 for a single tire. The girl at the desk had vision problems because of her eyelashes. I ended up paying $393 for the single tire . They acknowledged their mistake, so I stood at the desk for an extra 30 mins for reimbursement . Swiped my card 3xs but they could get it to go thru. No prob taking my money but couldn’t figure out how to pay me back for their mistake Hanna, their “go to tech” also couldn’t figure out how to give back the extra"
"Did nice work, but if you have a dually check and make sure your valve stems on your rear tires are lined up so you can air the inner tire. I had to go to the Big Spring store and wait for an hour or so to get mine fixed."

"I had a nail in my tire and went in to get it fixed. the patch they put on didn't hold once driving two hours away from home. I made it home on a spare and we took the tire in again the next morning. The man who fixed it helped us and told us the patch he put on didn't hold, but he couldn't do anything for us because the tire separated once he aired it up. all of this is very understandable because things happen. however after telling us the patch he put on didn't hold and he was sorry, he refused to refund us for the faulty patch. we go here because we are local and it's close and convenient. won't get our service again. very disappointed."
