"Great coffee, but... I've placed several online orders over the past year and shipping was always quick and reasonable. I did have an issue with my last order after discovering several missing items. I tried calling several times over a two week period and left two voicemails with no return call. I truly love the coffee, but not receiving a call back to make right on my order makes me question a lot."
"This is my favorite coffee roaster and everyone that I have let try the coffee, really likes it. I never say anything about the coffee and just let them bring it up themselves while enjoying it. 90% of the time people will compliment the wonderful taste. "My husband and I have been ordering this coffee for years. The product is great. The shipping on the other hand not great at all. I ordered about a week ago whole bean coffee dark skies which is my husband's favorite, received the other today and it's ground. No one to speak to over the weekend. Hoping someone reaches out to me before Christmas. Left multiple messages on several phone numbers."
