"Ordered a breakfast burrito and eggs inside were green! Wedges were also rock hard and cold. And when I tried to make a complaint on the app it force logged me out and will not let me log back in. Absolutely terrible"
"Stopped for lunch around 11:00 on 12/13/23. Wasn't busy at all. Floors & tables were dirty. I could understand if they had a lunch rush, but it had 6 guests including myself in lobby & a few cars in drive thru. No excuse to have a dirty/nasty dinning area. Fries old, stale & cold. Burger was dry & no seasoning/flavor. Had ordered the $6 texas biggie bag. Soda was flat. Either syrup was old or no co2"
"Been at this Wendy’s on viscount several times, and never have I been welcomed with out most excellent customer service from Elijah. This young man actually greeted me and had a decent conversation with me and complemented by neck chain. He gave my ordered and thanked me and said come back soon?? What never have I heard that from a Wendy’s employee.. Elijah future manager material. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Whoever was working at this time wasn’t doing too good. Had to wait an extra 5 minutes in the drive thru with other cars behind to ask for my receipt that wasn’t given to me. After arriving home the burger was absolutely plain and with no bacon on it. Had to come back to Wendy’s to get two more incorrect burgers until I received the correct one. Staff wasn’t very nice either. They were rude and took a longer time with their personal conversations than with cooking and helping out the customers."
