"Not a fan of the kiosk. I sometimes have a bogo coupon and the kiosk won't accept it - you have to pay before the order is created. Cashiers are quick to tell you that you must use the kiosk - and then they need a manager's fingerprint to override the cash register... What a phenomenal waste of effort. Fix the kiosk software or better train cashier's in customer service."
"They gave me an LG coffee instead of my sweet tea. I almost vomite myself since I hate black coffee. And my food was cold and I had to get off and return all order and they wore like whatever...... they just remade it and looked at me like here, here go away."

"The only reason this McDonald's is getting a 3 star, rather than a 4 star, is due to the lady who took our order. She was angry and annoyed before I even started talking. Once I began to place my order, she would respond under her breath and with sass. To add, she was not paying attention to what I was ordering (for example: I ordered a large fries and she put a large unsweetened iced tea)."
