"I never ever write reviews, but I’m highly disappointed with the service I received today 03/02/14 at 9:55 am. I ordered through in person window, and when I get there a lady is complaining about her order, I think just a grumpy customer, but when it was my turn to order; I only order one kids cotton candy smoothie, it was my first time ordering from Dutch bros and the employee seemed rush and she didn’t really care to answer any of my questions. I placed the order with whip créame, only to not get any. It was just ONE simple order. I then walked back to ask for the whip crème; but there was another person ordering, I patiently waited for my turn but the girl attending his order looked at me and when it was my turn left! Didn’t even asked how may I help you. Very bad customer service. Wishing I could go full in detail how I felt as my first time going to Dutch bros."
"I came with my son and figured we could get me a 911 and him a cookie to eat outside but there is not even a good place to sit on the curb. Needless to say always a great stop but only a drive thru location."
"Great alternative coffee shop. The shop have a nice and friendly set up. Customers service are great. Everyone is friendly and coffee are great and affordable. Recommend to go there, the line maybe long but still fast. Love their coffee and will go back any day."
"Great place. Good people and happy. But coffee wasn’t for me. It was like the thick chocolate milk we had as kids and I’m sure people who are younger love it. Drinks were too thick and sugary for my liking."
"First time at this location that just opened! Amazing customer service and got free stickers!! Super affordable! A lemonade just cost me $3!! No wait time or lines and would definitely recommend to get the app for points to redeem for free drinks!! Will definitely be visiting this location again soon ✌️"
