"We lost a wheel on our travel trailer on our way home from a trip to the New Mexico mountains. With the help of a passerby, and a loaner chain from Willis, we were able to limp in to their shop. Friday afternoon at about 4:00 These great folks stayed late to complete repairs and get us back on the road. Many thanks to the good Samaritan who stopped to help, and the dedicated people at Willis Auto made it a successful trip"

I get a phone call, it was Roberto asking if I was able to find any help yet. I responded no. Next thing I knew the owner Tim Willis was on his way! He repaired my tire in no time with the most kind attitude. This company is a great company!"
"We're on our way to Houston and pulling a trailer. My couldn't leave until we got off of work. Needed a few things done on the trailer tires and we live 30 minutes away. We prayed and pulled in 2 minutes before they closed. The 2 men had no issue helping us. Wonderful service!!"
