"I go to Starbucks almost daily but first time at this one. The drive thru line wrapped around the building so I placed the order through the app while I waited to prevent the drive thru attendee from having to take it. They told me I would have to wait because I placed the order through mobile and there were other orders in front of me. I proceeded to have to wait by the thank you sign because they couldn't be bothered to just grab the stickers and put them in the queue with every other cars order. The lady was nice when she finally brought them but there's no reason they couldn't have put us in the same queue as the rest of the drive thru."
"Don't order from Joe battle Starbucks inside target. They don't take Starbucks coupons. I literally drove to Starbucks because it was half day drinks Thursday, waited in line for 10 minutes, just for them to tell me they don't accept Starbucks coupons and only regular Starbucks stores accept my coupon. Not Starbucks inside target.. Like what?!?!? I hate that Starbucks. I'll never go there again. How disappointing."
"If I could give this store a 10 I would. I had an issue with my order but was taken care off with no issue. I spoke to Melissa and Edgar and seriously… they are great! Overall I believe mistakes happen but customer service is everything… they have it down 100%. Usually people come in here to complain and what not… you have to give credit when it’s due ☺️"
"Whoever was working today 3/21/21 (1 guy, 2 females) at 2:50 need to be retrained on their customer service skills and how to make drinks. I stood there with no one else in line for 4 min before anyone even acknowledged me. I timed it. I get it, your busy making drinks but a simple "Hi, I'll be right with you" takes minimal effort. All three of them looked at me and kept walking past. Oh but they had time to dance and crack jokes. Stuff like this really irritates me. All my 2 year old wanted was a little cake pop. Sorry if my service is such an inconvenience."
"Whenever I go to this shop something is missing, there is no cream or the blenders are broken, I have never bought the product I wanted from this shop. and they should find better employees. Employees are not doing their job well I repeated what I wanted three times again They got my order wrong and they acted like I was the fault"
