"This Starbucks seems to have either the most untrained or most lazy employees. Every time I’ve ordered from this facility my coffee always tastes poorly and every time I’ve paid for extra add ons like sweet cream cold foam it is never added which is upsetting because I’m paying extra for it. I’ve always been too in a rush on the way to work to have them fix my drinks but if it’s multiple times that this is happening I’m wondering if the employees are just lazy and not reading the full order. I hate that this is the only Starbucks on the way to work. Off the bat I was able to tell my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso was poorly made just by the color. And then later turned into the consistency of the second picture. You can also see the cold foam was not added and as I’ve said this has happened multiple times at this location seems they don’t care."
