"Everytime I think I give myself time to wait in the line to get a drink, I’m proven wrong. The three times I’ve been to this location the line is unnecessarily long and there is only one person taking orders as she drives up to them. No sense of consideration to the people waiting in line. Coffee & drinks are AMAZING, such a shame their system is so inefficient. Not worth going to until they fix this."
"I was from out of town and there were a few days. Each day the line was always long with at least 7 or more cars in line. I would spend anywhere from 15 to 20 min just in line. Only one day there was a person who came outside to take the order and it took. We were in like for about 10 min and then someone came outside. The employees were still really nice and helpful, it just took forever to get our order and usually it was until we got to the window. I came on a Tuesday through Thursday around 745 in the mornings."
"I have never had such an amazing experience as I had at this location. I am a military wife so I gave been to multiple locations all around the states. Never have I ever left a coffee shop feeling more confident about my day and myself. Mari is an amazing customer service face to your storefront and wanted to be sure she got recognition for being such a kind heart. I wanted to spoil myself on a budget and came out of that drive-through with ten times more then what I expected. As usual, my drink is always made with love and they even wrote me a reminder on the cup of what I absolutely needed to hear. 10 stars if I could!"
"Ever since Dutch bros came to the region it has been a easy pleasant time. Staff always carry a smile and are professional. Upon picking up my order at the window, staff are singing and dancing along with always being friendly. Drive thru always go by quickly even if the line is long like Chick Fil A. My favorite drink is definite the Electric Berry Lemonade! Their sodas are also tasteful. I’m not a coffee drinker, but my wife loves their golden eagle coffee. Definitely prefer Dutch Bros over Starbucks."
