"Worse wendys to go too! These kids working there are always cussing while customers are in lobby. I'm sure Harvey and Oscar wouldn't be happy to hear about this store I worked at wendys myself and none of this was acceptable not to mention. Workers stand by the restroom door and smoke marijuana carts during work. I will be contacting there HR department because the manager doesn't do a thing about it. Worse wendys EVER"

"Food is usually pretty good. But the service is terrible. The lady who was running the drive thru was extremely rude and should not work customer service. I can't believe how rude she was and it ruined my breakfast. I didn't even get anything because of how rude she was. I hope the managers handle that because if they let people like that work there then that's sad. Hope she learns how to treat people who are nice to her."

Additionally, I had requested hot sauce and crackers to accompany my chili, which they also neglected to provide. To add insult to injury, I had ordered a specific dipping sauce that was nowhere to be found. The lack of attention to detail, poor service, and inability to fulfill a straightforward order request left me utterly dissatisfied. This experience not only wasted my time but also ruined what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. It's disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback reaches the management, as a simple 10-second review of orders for correctness could have prevented this entire ordeal. "Came here because my friend said I should have Wendy's. Fries were good, seasoned, crisp and warm. I tried the Sunburst Melon Lemonade. It was sweet, but there was no taste other than a slight bit of melon and a syrupy taste. The frosty needed more strawberry flavor but it was ok. I ordered the hot and honey chicken sandwich. Not too much heat or sweet, just a note here and there. Had to pull up to wait and get my food and I was the only one in drive through. Could have been better definitely and at least it wasn't well worse."
