"Everything about this place was awful - from the service to the time it took them to make the drinks. The ladies at the window were extremely rude! The drinks took forever to make despite there not being any customers in line inside or outside and instead of apologizing for the delay they very rudely handed us our drinks and sent us on our way. I do not recommend this store!"
"By far the worst starbucks. The coffee always taste horrible. Just ordered a skinny vanilla latte, and it taste awful. I always order this drink at different locations and its perfect. Last month they missed up on my caramel macchiato. It's down the street from me so I go during break but I think I'm gonna have to start driving to the other location in horizon or switch to dutch bros coffee!!"
"Gorgeous place to study, relax and enjoy a coffee with extra treats! I liked that is situated in a really convenient location, close to I-10 and other stores. Employees are always friendly. The seasonal drinks are always good."
"On November 3rd, I visited this Starbucks location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I encountered the following issues during my visit: Poor Service, The staff members seemed disinterested and inattentive. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to acknowledge customers promptly. I had to wait an excessively long time to place my order, and when I finally did, the barista appeared rushed and made several mistakes in preparing my beverage. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the issues mentioned above. Not only was the employee unbearable but the manager relieved the issue in a rude manner she mocked me and Id suggest providing additional training to the staff members at this specific location to ensure they uphold Starbucks' high standards of customer service and product quality."
"Got our drinks (venti vanilla bean and a grande pink drink) quickly and they tasted so good! This review is for Xavier, however. He was at the drive thru and he was so nice and the funniest guy. He made the whole experience great! Please be nice to him don't kill his spirit, it's rare to find people like him."
