"Moving too fast, I ordered the wrong flavor. Since it was clearly my fault, I just rolled with it. I dislike blueberries, but I tried the smoothie I ordered and actually enjoyed it. It's not as good as my fo too, but it had a very good flavor. I said all that to say, they can make something that you may think is not tasty have a decent taste."
"I really don't buy smoothies, but my daughter really wanted one after having her wisdom teeth pulled. I bought her a Paradise Point smoothie which she loved. The drive thru lady was nice and the drink came out pretty quickly."
"I have no complaints whatsoever about the food which its usually great. This review is actually because apparently your store doesn’t have proper management. I went to the drive through at around 10:50am or so I was hoping to use a T-mobile reward that offered a code for a free smoothie. When I redeemed the smoothie as instructed at the window and the employee scanned it even seeing that there was an offer on the app. She responded with did you use it before? Like how could I when she literally just saw me activate the redeem code in front of her. I asked for a manager to see if maybe they could do something but the employee said, “She’s in training and doesn’t know much so she wouldn’t be able to do anything.”I mean okay yes she might not know how to do things but if you’re a manager shouldn’t you have some experience with unsatisfied customers or be able to resolve issues. I did order other smoothies as well which I was more than happy to pay for but to be told simply, “It’s not working sorry” is confusing and leaves you feeling unsettled. I paid for my smoothies and left feeling disappointed. Hope your staff has better management training because telling customers they can’t speak to a manager due to improper training is worrying."
"This location on Joe Battle is the worst I have ever experienced. They staff was rude and didn’t greet us when we walked through the door and took quite some time to actually take our order. I ordered a chicken bacon RANCH and I was told after the flatbread was brought out that there was no RANCH. The smoothies were not smooth at all but super icy and flavorless. The sweet potatoes were awful. I will never come back to this location again. We paid close to $70 for this order and I am terribly disappointed!"
