"I've always had a great experience, until these past couple of months I began having problems with my online orders in the AM. My drinks have been ready over 15 minutes past the time stated on the payment confirmation page. Today, 1/12/24, the lady working up front just after 7 AM had extremely poor service. She was bothered that I had to request she began to make my drink. I was polite. She silently made it, placed it down, said "here", and walked away. Not even an Apology for the delay."
"Great experience. It's located directly off of Joe Battle going south (Edgemere and Joe Battle - it is between Schlotzsky's and a Pediatrician clinic) It's a big space with lots of booths, tables, tall tables, and couches. They do have electrical outlets there, but unfortunately they don't have them in the booth area which is inconvenient. I had an iced chai latte (medium for $5 including tax) it was very well made and tasty. They have homemade poptarts, and small conchas (Mexican sweet bread) and they serve food but I didn't taste any of their food. It's not local, but it has a good vibe. The employees were very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely be going back."
"Excellent coffee taste. Nice vibe and pretty spacious. Great location to sit and study or work. Comfortable chairs and couch are also available. Outdoor sitting is nice and family friendly. They have food including burritos! I also bought few packages of their coffee to take home. I wish they had more stores in El Paso."
