"Apparently they dont know how to make a straberry acai. Now,everytime,i go, they mess up my drink. Either when I ask for straberries...some say that they cant and some do it. If they dont mess that up,they give me my drink with old strawberries and 99% syrup. Trash..trash ...did i say trash? Wonder who is worse,this one or the one in Mesa. Oh,Mesa has people that make it known they need you to know they are having a bad day"
"I was handed the wrong drink order on accident didn’t have time to go back as it was a busy day Bobby made sure he noted that I was coming the next day to give me my correct drink and for my time because I had to go back he was nice and offered a breakfast sandwich he made sure to fix their mistake and I appreciate that.. location has pretty quick service as well"
"I was excited to have this location open up, but very disappointed in it. Everytime I get an iced beverage it's mainly ice, but this morning was the worst. It was 90% ice, not cool guys, super sad. Feeling ripped off."
"It is the first time I visit this location and when they took my order they were very kind but when I went to the window to pay for, A GIRL WITH A thin complexion and black hair. She was at the window I kindly asked her for a puppychino and She looked at me and told me NEXT TIME YOU HAVE TO ORDER IT WITH YOUR ORDER but with the worst attitude . She got attitude yous because I ask for the puppychino. She gave me in a bad way what I asked for and I said thank you and she didn't even answer. I have always ordered the puppychino when I go to pay in other locations and has never been an issue . Terrible service"
