"I kept hearing great things about this spot, and finally got a chance to try it out myself. They have a little trailer, but they recently opened up their brick and mortar up in a food court style place. I ordered a “cafe de olla”, a lavender matcha latte made with oat milk, and the mole chilaquiles. Everything was delicious, but let me warn you- the chilaquiles are spicy! And they serve you big portions too! My friend ordered a banana oat milk matcha latte along with green chile chilaquiles. Oh and almost forgot- they add a little cookie with your drink and it’s the cutest thing. The barista, Deven, was delightful and made excellent recommendations."
